Adam and I LOVE kids. Especially when they are included in their parents’ wedding. How special to actually be there to witness it. Andrea and Dylan have a little girl named Kendall, who at the time of their wedding was just two years old. It was so adorable watching her toddle around the hotel room with gold fish crackers in hand. She watched while her mom stepped into her wedding gown and grandad sat on the couch going over his reception speech.
Andrea and Dylan’s wedding was being held at Caroline Cellars in Niagara. Their ceremony was under the marquee set on the back of the grounds, amongst the grape vines. The décor was spectacular. Flowers draped over the arbour as well as in pots and barrels on the ground. DIY ceremony signs marked the guest’s entrance. Kendall sat and watched her parents say their vows from her own little white wooden chair in front row, clutching her doll dressed as a bride.
For their photo session, we split it into two as it was such a hot day and it gave us the benefit of being able to do a later sunset photo session. We started off on the side of the building where there is this massive barn wood wall which is so perfect for some shaded and rustic wedding party photos. We then hit the vines for some natural photos of the bride and groom which were gorgeously lush and green.
At sunset, it was time to come back out for a romantic session amongst the golden glow of the setting sun and in front of the venue’s spectacular views of rolling vineyard going as far as the eye could see.
Truly the perfect day.
